Instructions
- Pour 8 ounces of filtered water into a clean glass at room temperature.
- Measure exactly 1/4 teaspoon of food-grade baking soda into a small spoon.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice into a measuring spoon until you have 2 tablespoons of juice.
- Add the measured baking soda directly into the water glass.
- Immediately pour the lemon juice into the same glass with the baking soda.
- Stir vigorously with a spoon for 15 to 20 seconds, observing the fizzing reaction.
- Wait 30 seconds for the fizzing to subside slightly before consuming.
- Add the optional honey and sea salt if desired, stirring to combine.
- Drink the entire baking soda recipe for weight loss beverage immediately while still fizzy.
Notes
Use exactly 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda to avoid stomach upset. Always add baking soda before lemon juice for maximum fizzing. Drink within two minutes of preparation while still active.
