240ml hot water (just off the boil)
Instructions
Heat water to boiling, then reduce to 90°C or just off the boil
Add ground coffee beans to a French press or kettle
Pour hot water over coffee, ensuring it’s fully saturated
Steep for 4 minutes (adjust for desired strength)
Press plunger down (if using French press) and pour into cup
Serve immediately and enjoy

Use coarsely ground beans for optimal flavor
Add 0.5 cups water if using a paper filter
