Instructions
- Select a clear drinking glass that holds at least 12 ounces.
- Fill the glass with the room-temperature filtered water.
- Measure exactly 1/4 teaspoon of pure food-grade baking soda.
- Add the baking soda directly to the water.
- Stir gently with a spoon until the baking soda is evenly distributed.
- Add the fresh lemon juice if using.
- Stir in the raw honey if using until dissolved.
- Add the fresh ginger slice and a pinch of sea salt if using.
- Stir one final time until combined.
- Drink immediately while fresh.
Notes
