Instructions
- Warm the filtered water until cozy (not boiling).
- Add the pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved.
- Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon.
- (Optional) Add extras like a pinch of cayenne, honey, or a splash of apple cider vinegar.
- Stir again and sip slowly, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach.
Notes
Drink with a straw to protect tooth enamel. Not recommended for low-sodium diets or those with heart/kidney issues. Fresh is best—don’t pre-mix the full drink in advance.
