- 1 cup (8 oz) of warm filtered water
- Juice from 1/4 to 1/2 a lemon (fresh)
Instructions
- Warm the filtered water until it’s bathwater warm (not boiling).
- Add the pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice and mix again.
- Drink slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.
Notes
Use high-quality fine grain pink Himalayan salt for best results. Drink through a straw if you’re sensitive to lemon acidity. Always consult your doctor if you have high blood pressure or kidney issues.
