- 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt (fine grain preferred)
- 1–2 tablespoons raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with ‘mother’)
- 8–10 ounces filtered or spring water (room temperature)
- Optional: juice of 1/2 lemon
- Optional: pinch of cinnamon
- Optional: 1–2 slices fresh ginger
Instructions
- Measure 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt and add to a glass.
- Add 1–2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar (start with 1 tablespoon if new).
- Pour 8–10 ounces filtered or spring water over the mixture.
- Optional: Add fresh lemon juice, a pinch of cinnamon, or ginger slices for flavor and benefits.
- Stir thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
- Drink 15–30 minutes before meals, preferably in the morning for best results.
Notes
Always dilute apple cider vinegar properly and use a straw to protect your teeth. Start with small amounts to allow your digestion to adjust.
