Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and oats. Stir well until the mixture is fully combined.
  2. Stir in chia seeds or flaxseeds if using, and add the mini chocolate chips or any other extras like dried fruit or nuts.
  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls. You should get 20–24 bites.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
