- 1 cup almond flour

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup almond flour with ¼ cup cocoa powder. Stir until there are no lumps.
- Pour in ¼ cup maple syrup and mix until a thick, fudgy dough forms. If it’s too dry, add a splash more syrup or a teaspoon of water.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls using your hands. (Tip: Slightly wet hands to prevent sticking.)
- Place the brownie bites on a lined plate or tray and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes, or until firm.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Roll in cocoa powder or shredded coconut for a fun finish!
