Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions
- Mix the ACV and lemon juice in a glass.
- Add ginger and honey, stir until the honey dissolves.
- Pour in warm water and sip slowly (best enjoyed on an empty stomach!).
Notes
Add Mint: Toss in a few fresh mint leaves for a refreshing twist. Use Lime: Swap the lemon for lime to give it a tropical kick. Skip Honey: For a sugar-free version, leave out the honey or use stevia. Add Cinnamon: A pinch of cinnamon can boost flavor and metabolism. Make it Iced: Chill the drink and serve it over ice for a cool summer treat.
