Ingredients
Scale
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with “the mother,” like Bragg’s)
- Juice of half a lemon (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup warm water or cold filtered water with ice
- Optional: tiny pinch of stevia or monk fruit for taste
Instructions
- Boil water and let it cool to warm temperature (if using hot method).
- In a mug, combine apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
- Add warm water and stir well. For cold version, shake with ice in a bottle or jar.
- Optional: sweeten with stevia or monk fruit.
- Drink slowly on an empty stomach, ideally first thing in the morning.
Notes
Start with smaller quantities if you have a sensitive stomach. Use fresh cinnamon for better flavor and smoother texture. Store the base mix (ACV, lemon, cinnamon) in the fridge for up to 3 days—add water when ready to drink.
