- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- Juice of 1 lime
- 12 oz sparkling water (unsweetened)
- Optional: 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Optional: Fresh mint leaves
- Optional: Pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Muddle the ginger and optional mint in a glass or jar using a spoon or muddler.
- Squeeze in the lime juice, straining out the seeds.
- Slowly add the sparkling water to avoid fizz overflow.
- Stir in optional apple cider vinegar and cayenne if using.
- Serve over ice and enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
