- 1 ½ cups finely chopped broccoli (fresh or frozen, steamed and well-drained)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: chili flakes, minced onion, cooked bacon bits, or a pinch of Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Finely chop steamed broccoli until it resembles rice. If using frozen, thaw and squeeze out all moisture.
- In a bowl, mix broccoli, cheddar, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until it forms a sticky dough.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and form 2.5-inch wide rounds using a heaping tablespoon of the mixture.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly. For crispier rounds, broil for 2 additional minutes.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in oven or air fryer for best texture.
