A bold, tropical, and viral green mocktail made with lime, pineapple, mint, and vibrant green coloring. Non-alcoholic by default but endlessly customizable for summer fun.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
  • 68 fresh mint leaves
  • 12 teaspoons simple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 drop green food coloring or 1 tbsp spinach/matcha water
  • Crushed ice
  • Lime wheels, pineapple wedges, or mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour fresh lime juice into a mixing pitcher or glass first.
  2. Slowly add pineapple juice and stir to combine.
  3. Lightly press mint leaves once with a spoon and add to the mix.
  4. Add green coloring (1 drop or 1 tbsp strained spinach water) and gently stir.
  5. Stir the mixture 10–12 turns to blend without bruising the mint.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness with simple syrup if needed.
  7. Fill a serving glass with crushed ice.
  8. Pour the drink over ice and garnish with lime, pineapple, or mint.

Notes

Use fresh juice for the best flavor. Avoid over-blending or over-coloring. Add fizz, coconut water, or spirits for fun variations. Always add color last for best appearance.
