These no-bake strawberry yogurt bites are creamy, fruity, and just sweet enough. Perfect for kids, on-the-go snacking, or healthy indulgence without the guilt.

  • Total Time: 2 hours 10 minutes
  • Yield: 12 bites 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries (or thawed frozen)
  • 1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Optional: mini chocolate chips, granola, shredded coconut, or cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wash and finely dice fresh strawberries. If using frozen, thaw and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and diced strawberries. Add honey or maple syrup if using.
  3. Optional: Blend the mixture for a smoother texture.
  4. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray. Optionally, sprinkle toppings like chocolate chips or granola before freezing.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or overnight until fully firm.
  6. Pop out the bites and store in a freezer-safe bag or container. Use parchment between layers if needed.

Notes

Let bites sit at room temperature for 3–5 minutes before eating to soften. Store up to 1 month in freezer. Customize with other fruits or toppings for variety.
