Instructions
- Slice cucumbers into thick rounds (¾ inch) or boats lengthwise.
- Blot slices with a paper towel to remove moisture.
- Spoon cottage cheese onto each slice using a small spoon or scoop.
- Add desired toppings: seasoning, herbs, fruit, or protein.
- Serve immediately for best crunch.
- If prepping ahead, store cucumbers and toppings separately.
