- 1 tablespoon raw Canaan honey (or closest available raw, unprocessed honey)
- 1/2 teaspoon organic Ceylon cinnamon powder
- Optional: 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Optional: Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Optional: 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
Instructions
- Heat 1 cup of filtered water until warm (not boiling).
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of raw honey until fully dissolved.
- Mix in 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder and stir well.
- Add optional ingredients like lemon juice, ginger, or cayenne if desired.
- Let cool slightly and enjoy warm.
- Drink once daily, preferably before bed or before breakfast.
Notes
Use only raw, unprocessed honey for best results. Ceylon cinnamon is recommended over cassia. Avoid boiling water to preserve enzymes in the honey. Consistency is key – drink daily for 2–3 weeks to notice results.
