- Juice of ½ a lime
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger (or ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger)
- ¾ cup cold sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey
- Optional: Dash of cinnamon or turmeric
- Optional: Cucumber slice or mint leaves
Instructions
- Grate the ginger into a tall glass or jar.
- Add lime juice and apple cider vinegar.
- Optional: Add honey or cinnamon.
- Add ice and top with sparkling water.
- Stir gently and let sit for a minute.
- Sip slowly to assess the tanginess. Adjust with more water or honey as needed.
Notes
Use a straw to protect teeth from acidity. Avoid drinking on an empty stomach if you’re sensitive. Shake before serving if prepared ahead.
