Instructions
- Grate or slice the ginger.
- Squeeze the juice from half a lime.
- Add the ginger and lime juice into a glass.
- Pour in the sparkling water and stir gently.
- Let sit for a minute to blend flavors.
- Optionally, add vinegar, mint, cucumber, or cayenne for enhanced flavor and benefits.
Notes
To preserve carbonation, add sparkling water only when ready to drink. The ginger-lime mix can be refrigerated for 2–3 days.
