  • For the dip: 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat edamame dry thoroughly to ensure crispiness.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss edamame with olive oil until lightly coated.
  4. Add Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and any optional spices; toss well to coat evenly.
  5. Spread edamame in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. While baking, whisk together wasabi paste, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice until smooth; adjust seasoning to taste.
  8. Serve edamame hot from the oven with the creamy wasabi dip on the side.
