Instructions
- Slice mini bagels in half and lightly toast, or use bagel chips for a crunchier base.
- Allow cream cheese to soften, then spread a thick, even layer on each bagel half or chip.
- Pat cucumber slices dry and layer 1–2 per bite on top of the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning while the cheese is still soft so it sticks well.
- Top with optional ingredients like smoked salmon, dill, or a drizzle of hot honey.
- Serve immediately or chill assembled bites on a platter before serving.
Notes
Dry cucumber slices thoroughly before assembly to avoid soggy bites. For make-ahead prep, store cream cheese-coated bases and cucumbers separately, combining just before serving.
