About Me

Hi, I’m Sabella Sachi—welcome to Weight Loss Healthy Recipes, where we don’t do diets… we do delicious. I’m 52, living in sunny California, and after decades of trying every fad and trick in the book, I’ve finally found what works: simple, flavorful food that fuels your body, respects your time, and actually satisfies your soul.

My story? It’s probably a lot like yours. I’ve been a mom, a full-time professional, a midnight snacker, and a chronic “I’ll start Monday” planner. I’ve watched my body change with age, with stress, with life. And for a while, I thought healthy eating meant giving up everything I loved—comfort food, family recipes, even the joy of cooking. But I was wrong.

A few years ago, after hitting yet another frustrating wall with my weight and energy, I decided I was done with extremes. No more cutting out entire food groups. No more starving, stressing, or obsessing. Instead, I went back to the kitchen—not to restrict, but to reimagine. I started experimenting, tweaking classic recipes, finding lighter swaps that didn’t sacrifice flavor. I taught myself how to turn everyday ingredients into meals that are both waistline-friendly and genuinely craveable.

What I found surprised me: not only did the weight start coming off, but I felt good. Clear-headed, strong, steady. And most importantly, I started enjoying food again—without guilt.

That’s why I started this blog. Weight Loss Healthy Recipes isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress, empowerment, and falling in love with what’s on your plate again. Whether you’re trying to lose 10 pounds or just feel more energized in your day, I’ve got you covered with recipes that are simple, satisfying, and built for real life. Think creamy soups without the cream, desserts you can feel good about, and dinners your whole family will eat without side-eyeing the “healthy” part.
