- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
- 1 cup hot water or herbal tea
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Heat 1 cup of water or herbal tea until hot (not boiling).
- Whisk in gelatin powder until completely dissolved with no clumps.
- Add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar and stir well.
- Pour mixture into molds or a glass dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours until set.
- Cut into cubes if using a dish, store in the fridge, and enjoy as needed.
Notes
Swap lemon juice for lime or ACV for a tangy twist. Try using hibiscus or green tea instead of water for added antioxidants and flavor.
